Please contact us to arrange the return of any item. Prior authorization from us is necessary for processing your return. Items to be exchanged for other items must be returned to us before new items can be sent out. Merchandise in resalable condition may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
If you have items to be exchanged or returned to us due to fault of the item, we will make special arrangements with you.

US Domestic Shipping:
We charge a maximum fee of $16.95 for shipping and insurance for the first item and $3.95 for each additional item that is on the same order when going through checkout.
International Shipping:
International (including Canada & US territories outside of the 50 states) shipping and insurance $29.95 for the first item and $3.95 for each additional item that is on the same order when going through checkout.
Shipping Method
Merchandise is usually shipped within 2-3 business days of cleared payment.
US shipments are via US Postal Service Express mail, with estimated 2 day delivery or via FedEx ground with estimated 5 day delivery.
International shipments are via US Postal Service Global Priority or 1st Class Air (please note that while estimated delivery dates are 5-10 days, our experience is that some packages take 3-5 weeks due to customs and the international climate).
If overnight delivery is required, please let us know and we will arrange it through UPS or FedEx.
